No, not born again Christians -- golfers and thereby Master's Tournament Aficionados.  On Friday, the second day of the actual tournament itself, Caragh and Dave managed to get their hands on 2 'badges' for Masters, and offered them to us for the day.  We jumped at the opportunity, and had a blast.  We saw golfing legends like Jack Nickalaus,
Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, and Tiger Woods playing a few feet away.  We could walk nearly anywhere (and did), and often selected the tee off (first shots) or greens (the place with the little hole) for viewing.  In addition to the living legends, we also watched other brilliant golfers like Vijay Singh, Fred Couples, David Duvall, Fuzzy Zoeller, and many others.  All 4 of us got some time in with the badges -- Caragh and Dave live only a half mile or so from the Augusta National, so we just walked over from their house.

From that time on, Doug and Jody have been closely following the Masters via television and newspaper.  And, to complete our conversion, we watched "The Legend of Baggar Vance" (a golf movie set in the South), and Doug played 18 holes on Saturday, and made 3 pars.  I believe that we all now officially have "the golfing bug".

I am sure that Tiger is quaking in his boots with dread (or laughter).
