For those of you who are trailer cognoscenti, I finally fully bolted down the toilet on 4/22/01 (it has been loosely bolted down and in use prior to that point).  It really is officially 'done', although as with any near-40 year old mechanism, it needs small repairs and adjustments, just like your house.  Indeed, this particular house has done  nearly 9000 miles in 9 weeks, which is pretty hard on a house in terms of rattling and such.
