WELCOME TO MY PAGE!!!!

Hello again!!!!!!

This is a pic of a cute corner in the French Quarter

in New Orleans (N'awleens)!!!

This is a COOL yarn shop in New Orleans and the shop keeper is measuring my head so I knew how much yarn to buy for the hat I was going to make!!!

In Florida... I... KILLED the door....

We were driving along... and Joya and I were in the back and Joya just so happened to look back at the trailer and saw.......the door of the trailer was wide open!!!!!!!

One of the hinges had twisted and all most came off, the screen had completely come off,
and a whole bunch of other stuff.
My dad was BESIDE himself.

Angelika came for a visit in Florida. One of the days she was with us, she and I made breakfast together.

A down day at the RV park on Sugarloaf Key. In our site, we had a little tiki hut, very cute. We were on the salt water lake. It was lovely.

During her stay, Angelika decided she wanted a hair cut. And how convenient--my Mom cuts hair.

On the salt water lake, we used kayaks the park provided and had a great time paddling about.

We went to visit Joya, Angelika and my midwife, Marina. Joya and I hadn't seen her for eleven years. It was a great visit!

At Marina and her husband Steve's house, Steve got a bunch of coconuts, still in their husks, for us to drink and eat. They were delicious.

On Sugarloaf Key, Angelika took us out for dinner at Mangrove Mama's. It was so much fun!

My Mom, Joya, Angelika and I went to an aquanatal class for pregnant women that Marina teaches, which is what Shirley and my Mom took when they were pregnant with us.

My Dad's parents/my grandparents also came to visit us while we were in the Keys. They were staying in Key West and took us to dinner there at a restaurant called Blue Heaven. The ground was dirt and there were loose chickens running all over the place. One of them flew out of a tree and nearly landed on Joya.

At Blue Heaven, there was a huge rope swing attached to one of the trees in the middle of the restaurant. They brought it down and let us swing on it. It was blast! When Joya was swinging, a lady who wasn't paying attention got completely knocked over by Joya.

Hemmingway's House. We took a tour with my grandparents, led by a very energetic little man who seemed to know absolutely everything about Hemmingway and his house. We found out that Hemmingway's house has approximately 75 cats living on the property, going in and out as they please. There is a whole cemetery devoted to them. They are the descendants of Hemmingway's cats who live there with him 70 years ago or so. A few of his cats had six toes and there still quite a few six-toed cats there.

Marina and Steve have a booth at the Sunset Celebration at the bottom of Key West where they sell jewelry that Steve, himself, makes.

At the RV park, the regulars were playing a game of water volleyball when Joya and I came to the pool. They asked us if we wanted to play. It was quite fun!!

The hibiscus, one of my favorite flowers.

BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!

Thomas Edison's invention--the light bulb. The summer homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford were in Fort Myers, right next door to each other.

The Model-T truck invented by Henry Ford. We toured both of the houses of Henry and Thomas.

Welcome to Walt Disney Animal Kingdom. This is De-vine, who walks about in the character of a vine, clinging to walls and such.

In the Asian section of the Animal Kingdom, there was an ice cream truck that was spectacularly decorated.

Gwagious!!!

In EPCOT, in Morocco, we went to dinner. The entertainment was belly dancing.

My Mom's family friend, Robb Dunn and his family. They invited us to dinner at their new house with Kelly's (Robb's wife) family as sort of a house warming party. Their children's names are Meagan and Michael Ryan.

After two days at Disney, we all could use a break. We went to Caledesi Island, an unpopulated island off the coast of Florida. It was nice. We took a ferry there and back. Both of my parents took a nap.

In EPCOT, back to Morocco. We thought we'd try a new look. What do you think?

Moroccan acrobats. Awesome.

Robb and Meagan met up with us the next day at EPCOT. Meagan loved to be carried by... guess who?

After Florida, we headed north to Georgia to visit our relatives. This is my Mom's uncle Mike and Aunt Judy, cousin Caragh and her adorable son Joe, all having a lovely afternoon.

This is Caragh and her husband Dave, with Joe.

This is my first cousin once removed or second cousin, Walton.

This is Walton's little sister, Grace, at her second birthday party that we had for her.

This is Joe again, being his cute little self.

This is the whole party of Grace's birthday!!!

This is Caragh and Dave's older son, John Robert, and Grace having a blast in their pool!!!

This is another pic of Uncle Mike and Aunt Judy.

Also in Georgia, after we left Uncle Mike and Aunt Judy's house, we went to pick up my friend Chelsea Allen from her dad, Ralph Allen's, house.

This is a pic of the three of us, before we left Chelsea's house!

Now we are in the Appalachians, without Joya.  Joya is on vacation to Tom and Debbie Weistar's adventure course, and will be there for three weeks, so I am an only child for that time.  It was snowing today, so we stayed indoors most of the time and played cards and read and such.  It was quite cozy.

Love, ~Jordan~

New Mexico was not so great unfortunately.

Now we are in (THE GRATE STATE OF TEXAS!!!) and it is pretty great!!!!!

The whether was so nice, it was warm, but now it's freezing!

We went to celebrate Mardi Gras and there was a big crowd of people, so we stopped to see what was going on, every one was yelling and cheering and then these girls where taking there shirts off, it was so stupid. That's Mardi Gras for you!

We went to Fort Davis and Joya and I were reenacting the soldiers there.

In our campsite at Fort Davis, there were these Javalinas that Joya and I nicknamed "fish hogs" -- ugly little devils.
