Well, I am embarrassed to say that, for now, we also skipped Alabama almost entirely as well, and I hope that the good citizens of this state will forgive us.  We will get back to Alabama later to visit a good friend in the Northern part of the state, but that will come later.  During this leg of the trip, we stopped in Alabama only long enough to pee, on our headlong dash down to Florida.
